West Chester Residence
A most noteworthy property, this is the oldest, continuously occupied home in Chester County. We were fortunate to be part of its historic restoration team. The colonial revival designs, classic methods and materials pay homage to the prominent architect, early residents and famous visitors of this 1700s landmark. A homestead still graciously shared with countless callers, we worked to honor the legacy while adding and updating practical spaces. The result is comfortable and inviting and prompts hearty speculation. Which is old? Which is new?
