Artist’s Loft
When we partner with a client who possesses an exceptional eye for creativity, the project takes on new life.
Here, a garage expansion was designed for experiencing the beautiful Chester County landscape, a plan that would afford colorful, seasonal inspiration to an artist’s loft. Glass doors, walls of windows and cabled railings assured unobstructed views and new places to gather and create. As we were installing hefty beams along the the garage ceiling line, we saw the necessary supports for the new building above. What our client saw was an engaging pattern for a custom bench inside the studio. The result is a carefully composed retreat, inside and out.
