In one of several improvements we’ve made to their home over the years, our clients had long awaited the day they could better enjoy the rustling of a backyard stream.
Not quite Falling Water, however the owner can now enjoy dinner overlooking a navigable waterway. This outdoor living space began when we rebuilt the underlying structure for a new deck from TimberTech, shown here in Dark Hickory from the Azek Vintage Collection. We added French doors in place of windows and installed sleek cable railing that vanishes from view.
In helping to create their dream, we were able to simplify the sight lines by moving the condenser away from the back of the house. Sometimes, within an established client relationship, it’s the small touches we impose that make us feel most proud.
