For the expansion of this 1940s home, we created a new roofline and a large 3 story addition for a new kitchen, multiple gathering spaces and a finished basement. Outside, we added a deck and screened porch. We further embellished the curb appeal with a flagstone patio, driveway and lush landscaping.
