Added a new kitchen and dining area, the design imperative was to blend the new addition into the existing structure so that the addition would appear as an organic part of the whole structure. From the outside, using James Hardie Artisan siding– a relatively new product – helped achieve that objective.
The same assignment applied to the inside – make the functionality and level of finish seamless between existing and new. Oversized doors on the custom cabinetry give the cabinets the look and feel of custom furniture.
